    Thanks, it's all thanks to Dr. Atkins (RIP). I have the before and after picture on my dest at work to remind myself to keep the weight off. It's been 7 1/2 months since I lost the 50 pounds and have gained back . . . 1 :)

    The draft party that I am going to will feature three posters. Myself, Vik, and Vikadonis Rex...it sucks being the lone Packer fan in a group of Viking fans.
