Sonny still sounds good on the radio - in his early 80's. There's nobody I'd rather listen to.

Ok, summary prediction. 8-8. They're going to have some klunkers on both offense and defense, but they have too many weapons to be as bad as last year. And I think the team is sold on Gruden. If Reed can continue to improve that'd help a lot - as far as providing an outlet, but he apparently didn't look great in practice. If he steps up, 10-6 - but I think he doesn't, so 8-8.

9-7, if things don't go well. No playoffs.

RGIII plays anywhere near what he did showed year one, 11-5 and a divisional championship.

Hopeless 0ptimist until KFFL shutter's its doors.....

JC didn't make Gibbs draft him. Nor did JC make Gibbs turn him into a dump off passer. Looking at JC's college stats. It looks like he was a down the field passer to me. http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/...ampbell-1.html His ypa during his college years are all significantly better than any of his ypa during his professional years. http://www.footballdb.com/players/ja...ampbja02/stats. Gibbs coached too scared. Too scared of TOs and too scared of taking risks and that imo reflected in the way he coached JC making him too scared to be the player he was.

Perhaps. It wouldn't be the first time a perennial back up has turned sitting on the bench into a long and fairly lucrative career.

I guess JC could be the Tony Massenburg of the NFL. Kudos to him?

In another life, I would love to have a long career as a backup! It's still gotta be better/lucrative than a majority of real world jobs. That's why I kinda shake my head when athletes stupidly throw away their careers.

I need to upgrade my prediction, feeling a little more optimistic.

9 wins and we qualify for the playoffs.

I predict we will lead the league in TRI's - turf related injuries.
