Obviously good for employees and the community, but it's also good business of a kind that is sorely missing. With everything run by public corporations which will do anything to hit their numbers each quarter, the temptation to cook the books, or borrow from tomorrow to make today look better is ever present.

Of course disposable employees means people who hate their jobs in customer service and I'm sure we all experience that.
