I know context and nuance aren't your strong suits. And the first time I referenced the "give them the serum in Africa" angle was on August 5th, one day after details of when/where the first dose was administered went public.
So you had a point the first time, you don't have one this time, because you are taking my comments out of context and selectively quoting.
