    Mark Cuban on Rand Paul

    http://www.cnn.com/2014/07/30/opinio...storygallphoto

Cupp: Is Rand Paul the right's best shot at the White House?
Cuban: I hope not. Dogma is not a solution. There are no absolute answers to any questions that concern the country. I want someone who thinks things through, not someone who refers to a "manual."

Been saying this about libertarians for years. Love this man.

Mark Cuban is either an idiot or not paying attention.

He has a very apt answer for *Ron* Paul above. Rand is a lot more "pragmatic", or willing to go with the establishment on items to further his own ambitions. He is certainly not dogmatic at all.

What manual and why don't I have it?

Establishment types don't think things through they just go with the status quo. Rand has different opinions because he has thought things through. Weird response from Cuban. He probably just doesn't pay much attention. He's got his already so no surprise there.

"There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs." - Kung fu Monkey

Yup... so much that over here shopkeepers are turning away from them, due to the amount they are (not) used by customers.
