<double shrug with a derisive snort and an Olympic-gymnast-not-impressed glance> Just sayin'. If they're going to spoof something 30 years old, I can't imagine there are very many viewers who are going to be old enough to get the joke.

Well, it's adult swim. 30-40 year olds I would guess is the target audience.

But my kids watch Scooby and Yogi still.

I don't watch much TV these days, period. Food and football, and that's pretty much about it.

    And speaking of which...

That's what I call good parenting. There are children in this country who have never seen a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

Bullwinkle's send up of the cold war era was more intelligent than most news shows these days. Just saying...

My little guy loves Scooby Doo (Scooby Dooby Doo, as he calls it), Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, etc.

I was doing something upstairs a couple weeks ago and he was downstairs and I heard him suddenly laughing his head off, when I came down to see what he was laughing at, he had picked up the remote and changed the channel and was watching The Three Stooges. Somewhere, a single tear of joy gently rolled down BoSox Fan's cheek...

My 7 year old daughter LOVES Tom and Jerry. She laughs like an idiot when the mouse gets the best of the cat.

I did find out that I have work to do the other day though. My son has never seen The Flintstones and thinks they are cereal box characters like the Rabbit and Lucky.
