    The two idiots that beat Stow liable for 4 million (WTF?) tv newsw said 4 mill, the link says 3 mill. Either way I don't see it getting paid.

    I'm not familiar, but wasn't it under former owners? That's what it says.

    Yes, McCourt is the former owner. He filed bankruptcy in 2011 and ended up selling them to a group that includes Magic Johnson. I'm sure there was a clause in the sales contract that kept the liability for the Snowe lawsuit on McCourt's side vs the new owners acquiring that liability.

    OK, I was confused. Of course he's incorporated and corporations are people, so he didn't own them, the corporation did, right?.
