    Oakland Raiders - Team Preview

    http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/...d-Raiders.html

A fair roundup of the Raiders.

To me the Raiders look a little old for a team cleaning up its contract and salary cap problems. Other than that - they are not very deep.

I really like Derek Carr - he has one of the fastest releases - I've ever seen in college football -with pace on the ball and on target. If you can train this guy to understand the game and make decisions - he has the talent to succeed at a very high level.

The Raiders are week at LT - the Broncos will gobble them up with the pass rush.

I really don't think they are that much better. Maybe a little.

I like Sio Moore a lot at LB .. If Mack is the real deal, the Raiders could have something good going on at LB

I wish Hayden all the best - the guy has an incredible story, and I hope he can eventually be a great player ... and I think Carr and Garapollo were the best QBs in the draft ... I like Carr a lot - he's a natural - but they need some playmakers ... If MacFadden could just stay on the field ...

I'm not sold on Dennis Allen - I think it goes without saying that he stands to be outcoached against any of the other AFC West teams
