I think a few teams did an outstanding job in free agency (thus far).

I am combing the trades with the free agents as it's part of the overall puzzle imo.

Dallas for example has brought in a few pieces and also traded for Spezza. Great fits to help secondary scoring and leadership and it seems like it's all guys who fit in with their type of game.

Vancouver has done a solid job. Miller and now Vrbata to shore up a few areas. Dumping salary of Garrison was huge. Adding some younger talent like Bonino (part of Kesler deal) also helps. Not saying he's better than Kesler, but since Kesler wanted no part of being there, he is a good piece to have.

Florida was puzzling to me. I have no idea why they shelled out such huge cash for some of that talent. IT's bizarre IMO.
