    Pre draft visits

    19 are known.

WR (6) - Mike Evans (1), Kelvin Benjamin (1), Marquise Lee (1), Odell Beckham Jr. (1), Cody Latimer (2-3), and Kevin Norwood (4) ,

OLB (5) - Anthony Barr (1), Jeremiah Attaochu (2), Marques Smith (2-3), Jordan Tripp (3), Larry Webster (7)

    OL (4) - Marcus Martin (2-3), Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (5-6), Spencer Long (7), Trey Hopkins (-)

    DB (3) - Deone Bucannon (2-3), Jaylen Watkins (3), Aaron Colvin (7)

    DE (1) - Taylor Hart (5)

Looks to me that the Eagles are thinking WR in the first, OLB in the Second and DB in the 3rd.

Tripp would be an ILB. I think the Eagles would love to get him or ILB Christian Jones in rd. 3.

Above all else...I think the Eagles want to come out of this draft with Barr, Ataochu or Dion Jordan. I know I do.

DBs will be secondary (pardon the pun). The wild card there is Bucannon. Im sure they would bypass WR even if we didnt get one in rd. 1...if he was there at 54 but I dont see that happening.

Still some more visits should be coming. We had plenty more last year.

Big people beat up little people.

Lane Johnson & Zach Ertz both had pre draft visits with the Eagles last year. Cant imagine Chip picking a guy in rd. 1 that did not have a pre draft visit. Especially a WR.

Still could have a visit with us though. Deadline is April 27.

Cooks has only had one visit. Teams typically bring in players for pre-draft visits if they have medical or character concerns. Cooks is clean. There's no need to bring him in for a pre-draft visit. Teams might have private workouts with him but those don't have to be reported to the league office so it can be kept secret from other teams. Kelly recruited Cooks and is obviously familiar with him.

Also, the Eagles didn't have Ertz in for a pre-draft visit last year. They had a private workout with him.

Plenty….now if Cooks goes before #22 or a stud slips then this is a moo point. If Cooks and Benjamin are both on the board at #22 -- we could make a bet if he picks one of them. I obviously think he'd go Cooks before Benjamin.

My inside sources tell me their prime prospect is Traide Doun, a small-school prospect out of Canada. Mixed African and French heritage.

where is Down currently projected?? can we get an extra 2nd and 3rd out of this deal?

It is interesting that Cook isn't in that list anywhere. He would be my choice - but I have a hard time getting past his "big people beat up little people" comment also. And in college, the trend has been getting bigger at WR while CB's seem to stay relative small. So while I thought it was originally about OL/DL - I'm thinking he might mean at WR as well, after his handling of Djax.
