As bad as Von Miller has been, could Aldon Smith be worst???

I don't understand how players who have it all can jeopardize their sports' careers.

There are guys like Rolando McClain who I can cut some slack b/c he had some issues with a chronic illness and probably was doing what he could to self medicate ...

I don't know much about Aldon Smith, so it is hard to comment ... I try to be understanding, but there are times when athletes get a pass with so many things because of what ( revenue ) they bring to the game - and that is when you see just how ignorant and idiotic they can be - inexcusable because these are supposed to be "men", and the behavior from guys like Ray Rice is the furthest thing from being a "man"

Same goes for Smith and Miller too

Miller came across as pathetic being refused entry into that Super Bowl party

Miller can atone - what he's done he can learn from and become better ...

Ray Rice is different - nothing he could ever do would make me think he was anything but a coward

Von Miller has been very quiet. If I was him - I'd do my talking on the field. I hope it works out that way.

I do remember when Von Miller was calling out Aldon Smith in his rookie season - like he was a bubby of some kind.

I agree with Crash on the weight based on the performances I saw.

Miller is no where near the problem child that Smith has become. The 49ers have the makings for a good dramatic movie and I have to think it will hurt them at some point in the season unless they get it under control quickly.

I agree JD ... the 9ers were seemingly headed in the right direction, then all of a sudden they are attempting to trade their head coach and one of their best players is getting arrested on a monthly basis ..

The thing with Harbaugh and the Browns is still very odd
