    And those questions probably were asked by lower level managers - whether those concerns were ever escalated upward, and whether anything could be done once concerns were identified is another question.

    I think the death panels take control in the event of Sebelius' resignation.

    Speaking of death panels, since we've been hearing so many ghastly (and often fake) Obamacare horror stories, should we give equal time to hearing about the people who have died/are dying from lack of care in states that refused the Medicaid expansion?
