    Paul Ryan is still stupid

Nice to know things haven't changed. Thank God everyone else can sacrifice, just not the wealthy or the military.

Rep. Paul Ryan, the leading Republican voice on budget policy, rolled out a new fiscal blueprint on Tuesday that calls for deep cuts in domestic programs, increased defense spending and a goal of erasing annual deficits in 10 years.

LOL...I love how this has been portrayed as Rep Ryan "unveiling" a "new" budget proposal. These are the same exact ideas that presented each and every year by the GOP, and it is the wrong direction.

What makes it a new proposal is that his interns spent upwards of thirty whole seconds doing a find/replace to change "2013-14" to "2014-15."

Oh, and the bit where they help keep the US Government Printing Office in business by churning out several dozen copies of this doorstop.

WTF happened to Wisconsin? It used to be such a progressive forward looking state, now it's trying to be Indiana.

I think more to the point is, when will we learn about the Defense spending. As in "Where the **** is all this money used for Defense spending actually going?"

I would take these budgets a lot more seriously if they weren't so obviously political in nature. It's fine to have political budgets, our country was built on political handouts, but you have no high ground when you do that.
