If we're comparing to Tavon Austin, DeAnthony Thomas would be a neat later round pick.
The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!

Agreed that he'd be a neat later round pick, would love his speed on the roster and he adds value with the return game.

    someone agrees.

just going off the numbers, the guys who would come closest in this draft would be Cooks, Dri Archer (Kent St), and John Brown (Pittsburg St-KS).
Your Chicago Bears: still learning about this newfangled thing called the "forward pass."

He also is a pretty big corner at 6ft and had the third best bench press of DBs at the combine (in addition to the fastest time). Supposedly he was great in drills as well and showed loose hips. As a return guy I understand he was one return touchdown away from the FBS record.

Another element in John Hoke. Before he came to the Bears, Peanut wasn't the turnover monster he had become and Jennings was good but not pro bowl good. If he could work the same magic on a guy with the tools Gilbert has, he'll be outstanding.
