    The 'Amish Rifle'

Fitzpatrick was released from the Titans today. I wouldn't want the guy as a starter by any means, but as a competent backup, heck yeah...and I'd feel a ton better with him than Weedon. At least Fitz can get the ball down field in a hurry if a play develops, and from watching (and laughing at Bills fans around here in NY for a long time) him when he was on the Bills, his biggest weakness is holding onto the ball too long...something that even Cutler struggled with for a time. I definitely think Trestman can work with Fitz!
    Odd Facts:

The Australian aborigine language has over 30 words for “dust.”

Nearly three percent of the ice in Antarctic glaciers is penguin urine.

When you see little white or clear dots floating in your vision, they are actually your own white blood cells.

Ideal backup candidate in my opinion.
Basic, yes, but it was something we rarely saw under former Bears coordinator Ron Turner. Turner's idea of in-game adjustments involved his boxer shorts. -Rick Morrissey.

    Amen.
Wouldn't it be great if we booted the 200 lawyers from the House and Senate and replaced them with economists? That way, we'd stop harming our economy with laws that would apply to the politicians, too.

we need a 'post of the day' nomination button.

As for Fitz, I think he'd be a great backup - provided the price is favorable.
