Broncos sign 8 to future contracts

Out of these S Charles Mitchell stands out the most to me followed by Ramon Harewood and Jerome Murphy. Murphy was a high 3rd rd pick who battled injuries with the Rams... Mitchell was pretty underrated in college IMO and made an impact with the Falcons his rookie year.

All of these guy have seen some time on active NFL rosters. The two TE's are very good athletes.

The front office drunks have been pretty good at spotting good talent sitting around.

Jamar Chaney - is an interesting guy. Played MLB for Mississippi St. Rivals rated him the "most underated" player in the Southeast Conference 2009. He had a bad injury and ended up being a late round pick by the Eagles (where he replaced S. Bradley in the lineup).

    Nice rundown on these guys.

Jameson Konz, TE (27 years old)
The former Kent State athlete was drafted in the seventh round by the Seattle Seahawks in 2010, and couldn’t find a position with the team be it at TE or LB, but he’s a whale of an athlete. At 6’3″ 242 pounds, he posted a 46-inch vertical jump and a 4.41 second 40 yard dash. The Broncos have proven with a guy like Julius Thomas that they can develop athletes and raw football players into solid ones, though the early word on Konz is he has struggled mightily. It’ll be interesting to see how he pans out.
This guys runs a 4.41 and skies 46 inches - that is sick, but I guess you have to be a football player too.
