Champ Bailey - What a long strange trip it's been

Come on - time for Champ to go to the Super Bowl!

Near the top of the list of current players who truly deserve the Super Bowl experience.

Agree, if Denver wins the SB would love for Bowlen to get up and say "This one's for Champ"
Watching the Raiders loose is "almost" as good as watching the Bronco's win

Among many others but guys like Dawkins, Champ, Tony Gonzalez, they deserve these things.
They say that love is more important than money, but have you ever tried to pay your bills with a hug?

Tony Gonzalez can take a flying jump on a seatless bicycle - great - great player though.

Nice feature on Bailey in the USA Today - including nice quotes from Rod SMith and Danny Trevathan.

Champ is another gift to the NFL in terms of being a well spoken, humble guy with Superman talent. Everything he is saying during this personally agonizing season is "Team"...and in that context everything his teammates say is "He's the Champ"...

It's the same dynamic with Peyton who at the other end of the "personal" spectrum is having his best season...yet in humility he credits those who make him successful...that is what real leaders do...something i know a thing or two about...

Haven't really seen him thrown at yet. If anyone was going to step up with Harris out you knew it was going to be Champ. Hopefully he can keep it up next half and get a much deserved Super Bowl appearance (and championship).
