I understand, but frankly such action would come in the most extreme of examples. For instance when Tony couldn't/didn't set his lineup, and his opponent is facing a bunch of byes and a QB not named Manning. Somehow we should be able to remedy that. There's no need for it to be a problem.
I getcha on the last part, but ... that's already in the rules, and -- again, I'm being frank here -- it doesn't get enforced. I don't blame us as a league for that, no one wants to be kicking people out, but it's pretty much not a good deterrent for lazy/bad/whatever ownership.
