I listed watermelon because my mom swears by watermelon and salt; I've also seen pepper used on it, or combined with salads and feta cheese.

I'm a bit of a watermelon snob and purist though; can't stand other fruits or sauces or anything touching my watermelon.
There is a time to laugh and a time not to laugh, and this is not one of them.

Tom, I've made a few batches, ranging from "back to the drawing board" to fantastic . . . . The secret is the honey - the honey that provided the fantastic results was raw / organic from New Zealand ... The mayo is important too . . .

I need to write down the actual recipe with the "dosages" - it has been trial and error so far, and I know that I'm close, but not quite there yet ...

The green apple pieces are important too . . .
