Out of the ordinary Space Questions?

Well I was reading an article on the CNN website about a company looking into sending a Couple on a 501 day space flight to Mars and back which then lead to another article about sending people on a 1 way flight to Mars to live, never to return. In one of the articles Sex came up and so that brings me here to ask the question. Can a person ejaculate in Space and maybe another question should be can a man even get an erection in Space? Might as well ask this as well. Could a woman give birth in Space? and if not what would happen when the baby is ready to be born?

Hopefully we can all try being adults here and keep this thread serious, but I'm sure that's highly unlikely.

edit: When googling the question about giving birth in space I found a great question. If a baby is born in Space what country would it be a citizen of?

Well, there's space and there's space. Are you asking about vacuum, which is generally pretty unhealthy, or are you just asking about free fall?
APF doesn't come in screaming at others about how stupid they are. APF doesn't spam NST with the same tired topic 30 times a month. APF doesn't link to some kook in his mom's basement telling you how to, "Be afraid. Be very afraid" of the world falling down around you. And, when APF is proven wrong, he acknowledges he made a mistake and moves on, rather than harping about "sheeple."

Well I'm assuming it would have to be somewhere that people can survive like they do inside the space shuttle or space station. The talk was building some type of place on Mars for people to live. They'd send a few new people every 18 months or something like that starting in 2024 I believe.

I don't see why lack of gravity would inhibit ejaculation. Indeed, unfavorable gravity doesn't inhibit ejaculation; otherwise, men wouldn't be able to spurt upwards.

"There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs." - Kung fu Monkey
