    MLB The Show 13

Anyone getting it? The last one I got was 11, still play it a bit, but the minor league and draft experience is horrible. Supposedly that is being upgraded this year. I hate paying $60 for a game, so I'm still hoping to find it on sale somewhere in the next few weeks.

Maybe. I haven't played PS3 in a while, but I'm admittedly tempted to pick it up.

I much prefer PC gaming, but the last thing I want to do after working on a computer all day is sit at my desk and play on a computer.

The last one I bought was 2 years ago and it was too glitchy for my tastes.

I rented it. Meh, was expecting a much better game. Very buggy IMO. I like having control of the runners but I shouldn't have to force them all to run on force plays. WTF? I had several runs taken away from me because the guy on 1st didn't run and was forced at 2nd. Lots of crap like that.

The physics still suck. Guys end up running or moving awkwardly when having to make difficult throws like pitchers fielding and throwing to 1st.

The rankings are pretty bad, as well. They are missing prospects like Aaron Hicks, who will likely start in CF for the Twins. Or they have him rated absurdly low. I was thrown out at 2nd with Josh Willingham, who isn't fast but can easily let out your standard double into the gap.

The franchise mode is OK, I guess. Still deciding whether I like the draft changes. You have to 'discover' prospects with scouts, which I think is kind of stupid. I wish they'd just put a system in where each team has scouts that rank players with their own systems and what they look for.

Not worth $60, maybe I'll pick it up when it goes on sale for $30.

I have it. Same as always. Still hate the hitting, love the RTTS pitching mode.

Hitting and pitching just seem so unrealistic. I was playing on veteran for both and there were way too many times that I hung changeups and sliders and it was fouled off about 95% of the time. Usually those are in the seats.

When I rented it I didn't have enough time to through a full season but the draft system seemed improved, but still not great. I don't think I like the idea of having to 'discover' prospects. I thought the choices for what to scout were too limited, as well.
