True. I tend to believe they're just choosing their words wisely so any potential deal isn't negotiated through the media. If they answer "we'd love to have him back and plan on doing everything we can" and we don't end up signing him it may make Urlacher out as the bad guy who wanted too much money or didn't want to play for the new coach because he wasn't Lovie. I'm fine with the lukewarm answers.
