    Richard Seymour

Cut my buddy Bannon and sign Seymour when the Raiders let him go. Seymour will give push up the middle that is missing on the past team. Resign Vickerson to a multiyear contract. Have Wolf bulk up and concetrate at DT next year.

I think Bannon could be a valuable member of the team next year, but hopefully it is in a backup role. He will more then likely not command big money, but if he does he is not going to be impossible to replace.

This is a plan I could buy into.

I'd be okay with this if it was for a cap friendly deal.

I'm definitely on board for that, although I think we will and should re-sign Bannan. He's effective and wants to be here and won't get a big deal elsewhere so he'll likely accept what the Broncos offer him. Vickerson on the other hand could price himself out of our range which personally wouldn't bug me if we brought in someone like Seymour.

I concur. Seymour can still play and he brings a whole lot more nasty to our line

What I saw of him this year tells me he laid down on the job. Now, would he pull a Randy Moss going to the Pats ? I would bet against it.

I didn't see what you saw, but I think he would still be an upgrade for the pash rush push from the inside of the Dline.

We don't have to cut Bannan. He is an UFA.

I have seen him all the way back to the early Georgia days. He is either at the end of the line or doesn't give a s***.

Maybe Seyour just misses you BG? As a Bronco with you putting wind in his sails - he can't miss.

I thought he was one of the best natural talents I'd had ever seen when I 1st saw him.

That confirms my theory - poor guy couldn't hope to have you rooting for him in Oakland.
