Hi all,
I'm a big proponent of health. So, I will feature links to articles which show how natural, organic plants and food can prevent and even treat poor health.
First up is news regarding tests on a super-Vitamin-C & mineral supplement:

The in-vitro study shows that healthy cells are largely unaffected while cancerous cells finally commit suicide (which is the origin of cancer, cells which didn't submit to or receive the command to die from the body, then lives on to multiply other abnormal cells endlessly until they disrupt normal healthy function of neighboring organs).
Bottom line is that how you treat your body and what you put in it DIRECTLY affects the function and longevity therein. I have previously listed products which I take and urged others to use them. However, even if you don't want to buy supplements, then please eat a balance of non-GMO, organic fruits and veggies along with pink/red-fish (red-snapper/salmon/tuna) which are rich in omega-3 fats & astaxanthin while virtually elminating red meat (steak/pork) and cutting poultry down to no more than a few times a week.
If you do these basic things you will greatly improve your health. I will continue to feature great articles and research results.
And remember, the pharmaceutical industry kills HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS and injures millions every year while the health supplement industry has a ZERO body count. Despite that, the phara lobby continues to buy politicians who attempt to slap a Federal stranglehold on nutritional supplements (because they directly compete for your health dollars against big pharma). I side with improving health through prevention. Professional medicine has it's place when a true CURE is synthesized in a lab which cannot be duplicated in nature. I'm not a hater of medicine, but I understand a great deal of medicine is unnecessary if you have taken care of your body and have conducted a relatively healthy and sanitary lifestyle.
