It's on the gulf. You don't get rid of that. Now NYC, on the other hand, can be sold to the highest bidder.
NYC is practically it's own socialist country with perhaps only California as a close 2nd. Both are big, authoritarian govts which have heavy-handed police and a complete distrust of it's supposedly free citizens.
