    Sorta cool...

    And generally "football related"...

    Austin Madison, a Pixar animator, did a couple sketches a week on his blog this past season depicting matchups up to and including the SB. (There's also a couple for the MLB playofss/WS and the National Championship game.)

    I'm also an animator and think they're impressive enough to deserve more eyetracks. Go look at them. :) They can be seen here.

    Hadda give it props just for the Boondock Saints, Bob Salvatore and Neverending Story references, if nothing else, but most of the results are pretty slick. The Steelers/Chargers matchup was a pretty clever idea...as was the Buffalo/Jags matchup he came up with.

    Also did a "quarter by quarter" set of sketches for the SB.


    Third quarter drawing is full of win.

    Some of the ideas are pretty inventive. It must have taken him awhile to figure out how to work the Browns in.

    Saw some of these in Extra Mustard. The Ravens/Pats goal post is pretty creepy. I like the Bucs/Redskins and Seattle King Kong.
