Burger King, Home of the Willl-burrrr!

Burger King admits it has been selling beef burgers and Whoppers containing horsemeat.

Burger King has tonight admitted that it has been selling burgers and Whoppers containing horsemeat despite two weeks of denials.
The fast food chain, which has more than 500 UK outlets, had earlier given a series of ‘absolute assurances’ that its products were not involved.
However, new tests have revealed these guarantees were incorrect in a revelation that threatens to destroy the trust of customers.

Looking for an Alistair Overeem joke for that. MMA fighter who attributes his (roided) physique to "horsebeef."

There is - currently - over here a failry big scandal going on concerning (probably illegally butchered) horse beef being mixed into 'regular' ground meat (both beef and pork). Many companies have found their 'no horse-meat'-meat was horse-meat-mixed-in-meat. Currently it is not (yet) clear where the pollution occurs, i.e. whether chains involved (like BK, but also super markets) are in on it, or that the meat is added earlier.

I don't like that they lied(though maybe they didn't know?), but I don't think its that big of a deal. You can eat a cow, but not a horse!

edit - I prefer the stallion burger :)

I wish they would use more dog meat so I don't have to watch those pain in the ass commercials about the poor , poor abandoned dogs.

Hell, toss in some Canadian Geese also.
    I promise I won't do it again

How else is jack supposed to jump out of the box?

If you are what you eat we should be seeing a lot of Bull on the menu in the cafeteria of Congress, and many other places.
