I'm not the person who thinks everyone should be walking around with guns. I've always said there should be a HIGH standard to get a gun, not just walk into Wal-Mart and you're golden.

This type of thing, the idiots at a college that got into a shootout recently, etc are the textbook cases for why morons should not be allowed to own weapons.

A simple sanity test should take care of half these idiots.
