    It's FRIDAY!!!!!

    Plans?

Tonight: baking blood orange buttermilk bread for...

Tomorrow: brunch with a friend at his new apartment. It's five minutes away from my kid brother's place, so I might swing by and swat him just for form's sake.

Sunday: Scrub down the apartment, go over music for rehearsals this week.

    Friday... Nuttin'

Saturday ... Either Winter Festival in Lambertville NJ, or more likely a visit to the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown, PA.

Sunday ... First wkend w/o a real football game in awhile. If sober, watch the Senior Bowl with interest. Probably hit 'the bar' for awhile, check out the Flyers at night on the tube (the tube?).
    I promise I won't do it again

I have no plans. Which is weird. Getting a bunch of snow right now, so will be shoveling, other than that I am not sure.
It is well with my soul.

    Busy weekend:

Tonight: Dinner and symphony. I think it's a Mozart piece.

Saturday: Play at the Undermain Theater. Probably dinner. Port wine tasting.

    Sunday: Church.

And at some point, hopefully today, I have to prepare for church and write a paper on The Brothers Karamazov.

"You do not like religion; we started from that assumption. But in conducting an honest battle against it, which is not completely without effort, you do not want to have fought against a shadow like the one with which we have struggled." -- Friedrich Schleiermacher

Tonight: Looks like plans with the gf fell through. So probably just a quiet evening at home with the dogs, a few beers, and maybe some Madden.

Saturday: I haven't been to the farmer's market in over a month. So I think I'll head down there, see what's fresh, then devise a menu for the evening based off of that. I also need to go shopping for some clothes. Might swing by the bar for a couple of drinks after then spend the rest of the day cooking at home.

Sunday: Last day of duck season. Might go hunting but I'm pretty burned out. Need to move the decoys around and set out some more goose decoys as we have a one-week late goose hunt in February. Then a family dinner Sunday night and some good wine.
