Rusty Jones is reportedly retiring. He's the strength and nutrition coordinator.
Emery should be able to work his magic in finding a replacement. He may not be able to find someone as good, but he should be able to find someone good. Emery he was a strength and conditioning coach at several colleges, including Central Michigan University (1981-1982), Western New Mexico University (1983), Georgetown College (1984-1985), Saginaw Valley State University (1983-1987), University of Tennessee (1987-1991), and the United States Naval Academy (1991-1998).

LOL. I can't add much insight. But, I can help add facts when I have time and when I happen to beat others to it. Your post is particularly prophetic. I just posted the longest post of my life in another thread. I actually had to split into two posts, because there is actually a 10,000 word limit per post!
"Hi, I’m Rusty Jones, And you know what? I’m the one new car option you can buy that’ll appreciate in value. That’s right, cause I’ll stay with your new car as long as you own it. Winter and summer, day ‘n night, not even a coffee break. Workin' to save your car from rust. And a rust-free car is worth more. So at new car time, insist on Rusty Jones rustproofing."
Note: Rusty Jones went bankrupt in 1988 but I remember those ads and I remember looking at Rusty Jones decals on the back of big old Detroit cars when I was skitching around the streets of Ravenswood where I grew up. :)
