    Anybody going to root against.......

......The 9ers simply for the simply fact that you want the Steelers to be the only ones with six SB titles? When I look at the possibility of rooting for the Ravens or Pats...good God man... Personally, i can't stand either of the remaining 3 (soon to be 2)......In short, who you guys pulling (or not pulling) for?

Would rather see San Francisco win 6 more titles before Belly-chick or the Ravens wins another....and that's from someone who really can't stand the Niners/Harbaugh.

Hell, I'm rooting for a meteor to strike Gillette Stadium before this game ends so the Niners get the damn thing by default.

I can't see myself rooting for either team. The Ratbirds rationale is obvious but after the fairly malicious harrassing we Steeler fans got at the "Stick" last year from the 49er faithful it turned me off on the niners as well.

I don't begrudge the niners their shot at matching the Steelers record of six wins. They have rebuilt the team and played well enough to deserve it. Steelers want the record they gotta get to the SB and win another one. That doesn't look too probable in the near future the way this year's team played.

It should be a good game though with lots of good media storylines: The two Harbaugh brothers on the sidelines seeing who can be the whiniest prima donna HC (that will be close), Killer Rays last game, Kapernick's rise to stardom etc, etc...

I guess I'll hope Ravens win, just because the Steelers beat them this past year..... Definitely would go along with the meteor concept.

I have no intention in watching the game, the whole thing makes me sick at this point. Screw'em all. It is the Steelers offseason time to start setting things right.

    Rooting for the 9ers.

So now we just have to go get #7.

Your point about the 49er fans at the stick is well taken, during the last decade with mediocre 49er teams allot of people with season tickets started selling them with idiots and gang bangers picking them up. Even with the resurgence allot of folks didn't want to go to a monday night game and the horrendous traffic and parking problems not to mention that piece of crap they call a stadium with the narrow concourse filled with jerks who hang around looking for trouble. My son wanted to go and I said no way, I wasn't going to escort him everytime he left his seat. A real shame whats happened over there. Living in the Bay Area makes it a little tough listening to all the band wagon fans some of which have probably hid their Raider jerseys and are 49er fans for this year anyway. Has made it tough to pull for them in the SB.
