    Yes, Anthony Spencer is a free agent. I'm not sure if you are planning on franchising him and the restructuring him, but there are a couple issues. First, it needs to be posted that he is franchised. Secondly, you cannot restructure a franchise player untold the period has passed for other teams to sign them which is three days after free agency begins.

    Guess I didn't franchise him. Could have swore I did, though.

    I need to re-think this, since I was regretting the move that I didn't actually make.

    The Broncos will restructure CB Champ Bailey (2 years left). He is due to make 9.5 mil, but it has +1 mil roster bonus. Am I saving 4.75 or 5.25?
