    P.S. if you're franchising Bowe he has to get $11.4MM since he was franchised last year (that's an NFL rule, too...they get the tag amount or 120% of what they made last year, whichever is higher...I ran into the same problem with Welker).

    Isn't Goldson's tag situation the same as Bowe's where it's higher this year because he was tagged last year too. If my math is right, 120% of his $6.21 million 2012 salary should be about $7.45 million. Am I right on that?

    What's the difference in a franchise tag and a transition tag for our purposes? Did the compensations change with the new CBA? Can I trade a guy with either tag?
