You guy ever think of changing to an Auction style draft? I just did my 1st auction draft last baseball season and it was awesome. It was so great I then joined a Football Auction. For the longest times I was afraid of trying an auction, but after finally being convinced to just give it a shot I have to tell you they blow away the normal snake type drafts. The fact that you don't get screwed by draft position is awesome. No one can tell me that it doesn't suck finding out you have the 9th pick and have no chance at Cabrera or Pujols or whoever in the top few picks. However in a auction draft if you want a player bad enough you can get him. Also it's so much fun driving the auction up to make someone overspend when you know how bad they want a player and then it's also fun for everyone else when that person sticks you with a player you don't want. After being involved in an auction drat you'll never want to do a snake draft again.
