It seems like just a week ago . . .

As my family and I were preparing to watch the game, a family friend called and wanted to know if any one of us wanted to go to the Giants / Redskins NFC Championship game later that day - the guy he was planning to go w/ backed out ....... Since there was one ticket, my family thought I should be the one ...

Anyways, as the Bronco game goes to The Drive, then overtime, the friend is waiting and waiting - I wasn't about to leave until my Broncos pulled it out ... I am SO thankful I didn't leave ..... after Karlis' gamewinner, I didn;t even have a chance to catch my breath - it was off the the Giants game ...

We got there at halftime - and the parking in the 80s at Giants Staduim was a nightmare - we had to walk what seemed like 5 miles in the most frigid cold ever ... We got to our seats just into the 3rd quarter - seats that were, I kid you not, 2 rows from the very top of the stadium - I didn't think it could get any colder than the walk from the car, but up there w/ the wind, it was really cold ........

I think the 'Skins felt it too - 17-0 Giants ...
