Dee Milliner or Bjoern Werner. I'd rather go Milliner if we're stuck at #4 with no Joeckel and Star
While he is a big need i think we are drafting him WAY ahead of where he is due. Id rather Draft Teo at this point...i take a chance...i just didnt like much of what i saw of Milliner at the NFL level...i know...call me crazy

LE asked what would people would do if we're at #4 with Joeckel and Star off the board and absolutely zero trade possibilities. I would hate to have to pick Milliner at #4, but if we're stuck there I might have to roll with him over anyone else. I like Te'o, don't love him. Kendricks is a WLB/MLB and Demeco is a pure MLB, Te'o wouldn't be able to cover TE's at SLB and he got dominated by NFL style lineman in the BCS championship. He slips a bit for me. Milliner is better rated and covers a bigger need position IMO
EDIT: I'm changing my pick. If we're stuck at #4 with Joeckel and Star off the board and no willing trade partners, I take Sheldon Richardson.

What I like about Milliner is that he's a pretty polished Corner, so he's NFL ready with good size and tackling ability. What I don't love is that I don't see a great deal of quickness or ball skills (just 5 or 6 INT's his entire career). I'm always weary of CB's from great Defenses as it makes it easier to cover. I see Milliner as solid to good, but not great NFL Corner. In most drafts he wouldn't be smelling top 5 pick imo, but there aren't many other options at 4 if Joeckel and Star aren't there. I'd probably take DE Werner, but he just may be the 3rd guy gone when we pick.

Teo isn't half the player Alec Ogletree is. Teo had 3 solo tackles vs Alabama, you hardly knew he was even playing....Ogletree had 9 solo tackles vs Bama, and was all over the place, his name was called all night.
Sheldon Richardson - DT - Missouri - is not a guy many people are talking about on here but the more I watch this kid the more I like him. This dude is Fletcher Cox on crack!!
6'3 300 lb athletic freak! He has long arms and a thick trunk but is proportioned throughout his body with great muscle tone. This guy is quicker, more fluid and a better overall athlete and prospect than Cox and that's saying something because Cox is an absolute freak athlete. As far as straight line speed both these guys should be neck and neck, but I'm going with Richardson on this one as well, even though Cox ran a 4.79 40.
Richardson is extremely quick, explosive, fluid, uses his hands real good, disruptive and physical DT. Has good strength (could get stronger and has the frame to do so) and is real solid in the run game. Though this guy makes his money as a pass rushing terror. One more thing about this guy, HIGH MOTOR!!! This kid hustles like no other, I watched game tape of this dude chasing down RBs 30yards downfield, with some serious speed too. He never quits on a play and hustled to the ball no matter where it was. He also has an extremely high football IQ with great work ethic, great recognition of the play and where it's going, plays the screen very well too. He had some of his best games against top competition; Alabama, South Carolina and Florida.
Played 2 years at JUCO and 2 years at Missouri. His upside is huge. Richardson and Cox paired up would be straight nasty!!
Richardson's stats his 2nd year at Missouri:
75 tackles (led all SEC interior linemen)
4 sacks (2nd on team)
10.5 tackles for a loss
7 QB hurries (team best)
3 fumbles forced
2 fumbles recovered
1 blocked kick
3 passed deflected
This kid was every where and this was only his 2nd year of D1 football. The sky is the limit, he has freak physical tools, high work ethic, high football IQ and a non stop motor.
If Joeckel and Star are gone at #4...and we have absolutely NO trade down options, I take Sheldon Richardson #4 overall. I would rather trade back and snag him around the #8-12 area but if there are no willing trade partners, I make Richardson the pick.

My dream scenario: Trade #4 for #10 and 2nd rounder, trade #10 for #20 and 2nd rounder, trade #20 for #27 and 3rd rounder. Trade Djax for 3rd and 5th.
1 #27 - Matt Elam S
2 (PHI) - Kawann Short - DT [Sylvester Williams if Short is gone]
2 (#10) - Oday Aboushi - OT [Fluker or Kyle Long if Adoushi is gone]
2 (#20) - Da'Rick Rodgers - WR
3 (PHI) - Gerald Hodges - LB
3 (Djax) - Robert Alford - CB
3 (#27) - Gavin Escobar - TE
4 (PHI) - Braxton Cave - C
5 (PHI) - Marcus Davis - WR
5 (Djax) - Rontez Miles - S
6 (PHI) - Mike Catapano - DE
7 (PHI) - Ryan Allen - P
Now that's how you load up!! Never will happen though
I'm going to try to ignore this kind of stuff moving forward since apparently none of you understand, but I'm going to call you a crackhead here for at least this one last time first.

Yup he's a beast. By the time it shakes out he could be BPA at 4 for sure. And since you have to draft at 4 he'll be on the short list.

As I see it, he is perfect for a cover-two type of scheme, probably not perfect for a man to man defense due to a lack of elite quickness and speed.

Agreed!
"It was the balls fault" Raid 2010
Now, if only Vick would follow Reid out the door maybe football would be fun again.
