    That was a great game...

Too bad the refs blew that PI call at the end to finish it off

First playoff start and he puts up 450 yards of total offense.

There is no debate now. Coach was 100% right. Front office was 100% right.

It really sad how far those invested in Alex not being the guy will go. Crappy fans indeed
How old are you again? Watch the name calling.

Nothing I said was incorrect. Because Kaep is able to get the ball down the field people trying to act like he's nothing special claim the offense doesn't call for that.

I hope after this game even you're able to admit Kaepernick is a pretty special QB and the decision by Harbaugh to start him was a good one.

I will repond as I feel. You can deal with that as you wish. You wanted to irk me and you did.
Can you show me where I made that arguement. I don't post at the WZ like you, so I'm not following those conversations as closley as you.

Kaep did end up having a fantasic game. He made the plays to win the game and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Given where the Niners are, Yes It has proven to be the smart move. They lost no ground and have a young very gifted QB that they can win with at the highest levels. What's not to like

I wasn't trying to irk you. I've heard that rationale by many people who were against Kaepernick starting. I also didn't say anything by you so if you put yourself in that category then there must be a reason for it.

As for responding how you feel...as long as it's within forum rules. You're an adult, act like one.

I think we're all pretty excited right now so maybe we should avoid these petty arguments.

    I'm a happy camper.

Please, you started with a snaky shot and I wasn't in the Mood. Take it up with Cory if you feel different.

Frankly Alex has been the past for some time.(NO game) When you fix what wasn't broken then I don't think it's too much that it not cause a regression of where the team was heading when they took the step of changing QB's. The season played out and the Niners have won a playoff game mainly on the big plays by Kaep.

It shouldn't be to hard as there's not much left to talk as to whom is or should be the starting QB. It's all gravy at this point for the rest of the season

    I am a happy camper.

Impressive game. You guys completely dominated the team I thought for sure that we'd see in the Super Bowl. Hope the Seahawks pull it off tomorrow and we can see round 3. I think it'd be a helluva game.

That was an impressive overall performance. No complaints about the gameplans on both sides of the ball. Offensively, they just kept pouring it on, rarely showing any conservative play. It was almost like going from the preseason to the regular season in the way a team approaches games that are for real. A lot of pistol sets, and designed deep patterns, which allowed Kaepernick to gallop whenever he wanted. Staley had a particularly good game, matched up with Clay Matthews, even though he had a sack. Converted a lot of 3rd downs, which has been a major bug with this team. I was concerned defensively, pretty much all due to how Justin Smith would hold up. His presence was about as big as his game last night - he wasn't near his healthy level - but he showed enough that even Smith at a lesser percentage is better than any of the replacements at full speed. Hopefully, he can hold up.

Early on, you could tell Kaepernick was overhyped by the scenario. His brutal pick 6 was a decision he should never have made, some of his throws were off target and excessively too hot to handle, and that taunting was just a dumb move period. Having said that, a repeating quality aspect of his game is to bounce back immediately after a bad play. Dude throws the int returned for a TD, and Kaep directs a game tying TD drive on the very next series. I've noticed he's done that a lot after bad plays by the kid - getting scores after bad plays by the QB. Once he settled down, it looked to be game over.

I'm sure someone, somewhere out there is still in defiance - claiming it's still a mistake to put Colin Kaepernick in for Alex Smith. The Alex Smith ship set sail several years ago, and is really nothing more than a rudderless or motorless ship on the sea. I couldn't be happier that finally, we have a coach that just said 'enough' and set about scuttling that vessle. You stay on board, you're going down.

Someone wrote an article during this week that Colin has led a TD or FG drive every time after he turns the ball over since becoming the starter.

Impressive win last night. If not for the pick 6 on the opening drive, the game never would have been close. If this is the Kaepernick we'll see going forward, I don't see many weaknesses for opposing teams to attack.

And the bogus penalty on Brown in the endzone. If that wasn't a push off by Nelson then I dont know what is. That gave them 7 more points

That one didn't matter at all. Anyone who watched the game knows it wasn't as close as the scoreboard showed in the end but the pick 6 started the game and obviously thru the first half the game was close.

I checked the game books, and I believe you are right. Every turnover by Kaep, he's followed it up with a scoring drive of some kind.
