FYI, as recently as yesterday I was still getting warning messages about once a day, and the skyscraper ad most of the time was replaced with a warning message. As suggested I flushed my cache, (on several occasions) with no luck.

I upgraded to the most recent version of Firefox and that appears to have resolved the issue. I believe I was on version 14 before I upgraded.
