Federal Court Affirms Flipping off Police Officers Constitutional

And who doesn't deserve it more than these jackoffs?

The U.S. Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit ruled that a police officer cannot pull you over and arrest you for flipping him off.

"the ancient gesture of insult is not the basis for a reasonable suspicion of a traffic violation or impending criminal activity."
Flippin' off a cop is constitutional

The case stemmed from an incident that occurred in 2006 when a man gave a policeman the finger when the cop was shooting him with radar. The policeman later pulled the man over and arrested him for disorderly conduct.

    Typical.

C'mon everybody, it's not only constitutional, but it's the right thing to do.

Of course. I've been driving around with no license and registration for years. When the cops stop me, i just give them the finger, and my "Affidavit of Truth", and they send me on my way.

Waste of time by the arresting officer, and subsequently a waste of time by our court system.

So I'm not sure if this sarcasm or serious.

    Heh :)

FWIW, I do feel more free today knowing I can flip off the cops.

Actually, I believe the people who post these videos are serious. I seldom am.
