    Unfortunately that would require Roman to go elsewhere and I'm worried that still may not happen. It would certainly be a natural fit given Kaep as our QB but who knows what can happen.

    Agreed. Ault has done wonders at Nevada, but I doubt Harbaugh is ready to make a fulltime committment to the read option. I could see him as a consultant but not as OC. He's also 66 years old, not exactly someone you bring in for an extended stay.

    I really don't think we'd run it as the base but the guy is clearly someone who understands offense and someone who can think outside the box. It's certainly intriguing to see what he can come up with in the NFL.

    Need an offensive coordinator that can give us a passing game that is not among the bottom half of the NFL. Not sure Ault would be that guy.

    I heard Roman mentioned today on the radio for the Browns job when it comes open (I am surprised that is going to happen, but apparently it is).
