I always give a tour of my bedroom to show society that I am a responsible man who makes his own bed and folds his clothes.
Next I take them to the bathroom to show them I flush the toilet after I take a solid dukey.

It's 5 acres , about 3 of it is grass that is mowed. But I did not say it takes a day to mow, I said if it needs mowing it will not look that way for more than a day. As for making the bed, yes when we have company I make the bed in case our company decides to go upstairs for whatever reason. I also straighten up my dresser and make sure the improperly folded sheets are properly hidden
But day to day yes I like a well kept lawn, I like a living room and kitchen that is orderly but not spotless, and I see absolutely no reason to make a bed that I will rip apart in 14 hours.
You mow every other day? My neighbor is close to that frequency. Obsessed I think. On another view, wifey thought he just wanted to be away from his wifey.....lo and behold.... they just filed for divorce.
