This ought to go over well (Political/Obamacare)

"Nine Republican members of the Wisconsin Legislature say they would back a bill to arrest any federal officials who attempt to implement President Obama's signature health care law in the state."

I'd like to hear what you guys think of this?

I think the South tried that a long, long time ago and the Federal officers won.

How many other members are interested in wasting the time and money of Wisconsin taxpapers on such important legislature.

"Just because Obama was reelected does not mean he's above the constitution," he said.
If only there were some kind of group of people tasked with certifying potentially conflicting laws as constitutional.

State legislators tend to be even more craven than federal legislators. They will do ALL sorts of nonsense like this because it will never pass but they get sounds really tough to their nutty voters that they need to get reelected.

Only 9 elected dopes from WI are backing this. It will fail, much like how most of the T-bagger platform has failed.
