    Offensive

That's the adjective I'd use if anyone ask me to describe our OL. Without Pouncey they are terrible and even with him they aren't good. I blame the FO for not bringing in a veteran OL to help while our your OL gain experience and get better. How good would this Offense be if the OL was even average?

Ike Taylor has also been Offensive this year. How many penalties has he had called on him?

Agree on Taylor. IMHO the penalties aren't even close. At least the ones that I have seen.

I just don't have the same "feeling" about this team (last year's for that matter too) that I did during the previous years. You cough up a game here and there so be it. It's the NFL. It happens.(Hell, we won the SB with the 6 seed after a 10-6 season). Even last year at 12-4, did anyone think we were making a serious run at the SB? I wasn't. I compare this game to the JETS-TEXANS on Monday night. Jets stayed with HOU and had a chance to win late in the 4th but HOU makes the play at the end to seal it. That's the difference when you're talking top tier teams. Got the win on the road maybe not playing their best. In the end, you are what you are and the Steelers are 2-3. Lots of football to be played but it's not a "feel good" 2-3 if there is such a thing.

One has to wonder about going for the FG there at the end of the game too. Suisham has never hit a FG that long and if he misses Tennessee get's the short field and with the kicker they have you're almost giving them the game.

Also I question the blitz call on 3rd & 5. I understand you have to get pressure on Hasellbeck there, but you just can't leave Harrison 1 on 1 with Cook when this is only Harrison's 2nd game back and he still isn't up to his normal game speed. If anything they should have sent him on the blitz and let Timmons cover Cook. IMO that wasn't a smart call. Even if they get that 1st down as long as we tackle they had another 1 yards to get to make it an easier FG. I'm just not sure it was the right call at that point.
