    Would you make this trade?

    10-Team Standard Scoring

    Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR Flex

My Team (4-1, 1st place, 4th highest scorer)
Current Roster (Regular staters in bold):
    QB - Roesthlisberger, Flacco (matchups)
RB - McCoy, Mathews, (Leshore, Starks, Best, Ballard < 2 must start wk 7)
WR - Cruz, Wallace, Bowe, Torrey Smith (usually flex Bowe)

I offered Flacco for Luck. He countered: Luck for Bowe
I turned it down because Bowe's often my flex player. But he wants Bowe bad.
What kind of counter can I make that gets me Luck, gets him Bowe, doesn't hurt me? Or is Bowe for Luck a good trade?

His Team (1-4, 8th place, highest scorer in league)
    His Roster (starters in bold):
    QB - Rodgers, Luck
RB - Forte, Fred Jackson, McGahee, Bush
WR - R. White, Bryant, Stevie Johnson, Crabtree

I think it's a good trade for you given you've got Torrey Smith there who is a good flex option

I would simply add a player from each team to minimse the impact to each position.

For example, maybe something like Luck + Crabtree for Flacco + Bowe

Crabtree and Smith can be your flex options.

Is it PPR? If not you might even start Leshore at the flex at times

Not a PPR but if so, Best will probably siphon much of Leshore's PPR value.

I countered with Luck + Crabtree for Flacco + Bowe. I like that and he previously offered Crabtree for Bowe but I turned him down, so this is his trade offer plus my trade offer combined, so I think he'd go for that since he wants Bowe and I want Luck and Crabtree is compensation and Flacco is an upgrade over Luck during Rodger's bye week. He undervalues Luck because of Rodgers but Flacco doesn't offer him much value either. We'll see.

I like both Flacco and Luck. I accidentally screwed myself during my auction draft (tried pushing the price on Gronk and bought him instead) and could only afford the 19th QB off the board, which happened to be Roethlisberger, who I had ranked at 11 and turns out will be a top 5-6 QB because the Steelers were already a pass team, more so with Haley, although everyone still ranks Ben as a top 12 at best. His schedule is beautiful. Mendenhall helps the passing game. Luck's schedule is better than Flacco, his O-line is better at pass blocking, Indy's run game is poorer as is Indy's defense, so Luck'll be throwing out of necessity more. Only downside is Indy's receivers and TE's are not as good as Baltimore, but he has some excellent mix and match potential with Roethlisberger, so...

Also, SF's offense is more potent than KC's, but they have more mouths to feed but Alex is looking sensational this year. Crabtree is a downgrade over Bowe and SF's schedule is brutal Sea, AZ, Chi, Mia, Sea. And boy they score a lot more points than KC. But Bowe has more yards and TD's

This was exactly what I was going to suggest after reading your OP, then I scrolled down and see you already beat me to it lol.

I pulled it though. Lost my certainty that Luck was that much better than Flacco and Bowe seems greatly superior to Crabtree.

I think Bowe is certainly superior to Crabtree, but I think over the year Luck will be better than Flacco.

I would rather have Stevie Johnson than Crabtree (I own them both in one league). Pretty fair deal then IMO.

I think the difference between Flacco and Luck is pretty trivial. I wouldn't give up Bower for Crabs just to make that switch.

    Good call.

As Im not exactly a fan of stevie or dez, I cant really even see a decent offer to propose.

Proposing Flacco for Luck wasnt a bad idea as Im sure many have Flacco above Luck. too bad that didnt work out.

That would much more even I agree, though still a step down frome Bowe to Steve Johnson.

True that Luck matches up a little better with Roethlisberger than Flacco.

What about Bowe + Torrey Smith for Roddy White + Crabtree? He'd downgrade at his #1 WR but upgrade at his #2 and #3 and #4 receiver positions, while I upgraded my #2 and #3 positions but downgrade my #4. Do you see that as feasible?
