Signed Gideon to the PS. Reed cut.

Gideon was a 4 year starter in college. Times when he looked good and times where he looked bad. He has a lot of promise just never real consistent. I think he is worth a PS spot then again I thought Bert Reed was too but he only lasted here a week. ;)

Loved Blake (played for UT), and was surprised he didn't make a team. Project, but he can hit, has good hands, and a good wrap tackler. Not exactly protype size or speed.

Seems to be around the ball a lot. Like you said doesn't have the protype intangibles that pop out at you but seems to play fairly smart.

Kinda like a better Kyle McCarthy.

Exactly. A 50% better McCarthy. Could surprise with the right coaching and patience.
