    Tough Mudder

Anyone ever do this? Two of the guys in my office did it this past weekend - they can barely walk, but they've been all smiles all day.

A friend did it, and is thinking of doing it again this year

I might do one next year. I was asked to be in a group that did it this year, but it fell on the same day that I am matriculating from graduate school so I couldn't join that group.

Folks around here talk about it GLEEFULLY....tickets are rapidly sold out...or so I am told.

Not my thing...I would never pay $$ to jump/crawl/run/swim in mud. I can do that in my backyard with a hose....

I had some friends do one over the weekends. Looks pretty miserable.

I ran in the local Warrior Dash last year. Wasn't that impressed.

I have done something similar. It is a USMC mud run in Columbia, SC. 5.2 miles ans 30+ obstacles.

Done it twice now and it is a blast. Signed up for another in October.

I did the Tri-State Tough Mudder (Englishtown, NJ) last November. I really didn't think it was that difficult. It was fun, but for ~$150, I don't really have the desire to do another one anytime soon.
