I usually make mine in Photoshop - you can also use "Paint" in "Accessories" under "All Programs" ...

I suppose the easiest way is to use google images for whatever it is you want, then after you get the results, look on the left side and under "Any Size" and click on "Exactly" - then put in 90x90 and search again ...
