European Court of Human Rights rules that anti-incest law is not a human rights violation.
That said:
- I don't know what the practical significance would have been if the Court had ruled otherwise.
- Other countries seem to have legalized it, if the article is correct.
- This was a really bad case to use as a pro-incest example. The sister was a mentally-troubled minor when it started. Three of their four children have been seriously disabled.
