There is a buzz about Mario Williams and the Bills. The BILLS. The Bills? Still though him and Marcel Dareus and Kyle Williams makes for a formidable DL.
You're either continuing to get better, or you're getting worse.
Paying one maybe good WR and two pretty crappy to mediocre WRs $6-7M per season seems strange, to say the least. You could probably get the same production out of UDFAs as you will with Morgan/Royal.
I am hoping they learned their lesson last year. They are seemingly more focused on signing their own guys still under contract to extensions. They re-signed RT Todd Herremans to an extension, and reports are they may be re-signing Trent Cole too. Evan Mathis, who played well at G for them last year, is another guy they are trying to keep.

RT @ProFootballTalk WR Josh Morgan agrees to 5yr deal w/ #Redskins that will void to 2 years. Worth up to $12 million. $7.5 M "guaranteed."
That obviously look much better...I was just repeating what they said on NFLN, not trying to make the Skins looks stupid or bagging on them
It's absolutly rediculous the money the Skins throw around. After wasting billions on free agents year after freaking year you think you would get the clue. Nope. They traded away all their picks for a QB. Trying to BUY your way to a Championship never works but the Skins keep on trying.
And apparently Josh Morgan got 6 freaking mil a year for his 2 year deal. It just gets better and better.
Prediction: they still won't go over the salary cap. Just like every year.
It's funny how the Skins are the only team trying to buy a championship. What are the other teams signing free agents doing then? Renting? And people freaking out on what the average amount per year these contracts are. We all know that's not how NFL deals work. But whatever suits the haters is what they will use. The Skins suck and they are signing sucky players, what's the big deal right?

Don't sweat it playa. No such thing as buying a championship in football, hence the salary cap, if teams are smart enough to be able to use the salary cap in their favors good for them, you can't buy a damn championship in football. In baseball, that's different, there's no salary cap therfore teams like the Yankees can indeed attempt to buy a championship.

They have spent like mad men year after year. Tell me one other team that spends like them.
You can choose to spend like the Skins and try to buy a Championship or you can be like he Saints, Patriots, 49ers, Steelers, Packers and all the other top teams and build through the draft and sign the ODD free agent to fill out your roster.
Any bets on if the Skins will be better than 4-12 next year?
