Would've much rather spent an extra 5 mill to get Brandon McCarthy. I may have signed Shawn Marcum at the right price, too. I'd like to sign Jurrjens to a minor league deal to see if he can figure it out. He used to be really good.

Someone (McDonald,Liriano,Locke or McPherson) will be in the pen as of June 1st when Gerrit Cole comes up from Indy. By September, Taillon will be joining the rotation.
